1. cortex - troupeau bleu
yep, that's the name of my blog and also one of the greatest albums for getting ready/chilling. found it through a youtuber and since then i've been listening to it quite a lot and trying to hit all the high notes. not good at describing types of music but it's kinda jazzy and very easy to listen to while learning or simply on a rainy sunday evening.
2. tame impala - currents
clearly not the most impressive and shocking choice - who doesn't love tame impala. first song i listened to was a suggestion by my friend - 'cause i'm a man - and i was hooked. listened to this album for a good 3 to 4 weeks while driving to university and got really pumped up to study (or at least sit through the lectures). favourite - the less i know the better.
3. mac demarco - salad days
yet again a very obvious choice but i really enjoy the purity of his voice and how amazing his personality is and how it shows through his music. favourite - chamber of reflection.
4. connan mockasin - forever dolphin love
a very strange and interesting singer, love that he sings about trippy things but he once told in an interview that he never takes drugs. that just shows what a creative personality he has. not only should you listen to the album but also check his videos. favourite - it's choade my dear.

5. garbanotas bosistas - above us
if you're a lithuanian (and most likely you are) then you are familiar with this band. this band was one of the things which made me wait to finally come to vilnius. i've been to a few of their concerts and apparently i'm such a great photographer that they posted one of my photos of them on their instagram;)) but enough about me - this album was a great step in lithuania's music industry because it offered quality music for different type's of people. basically, they send a great vibe and they're amazing live +living for their 90's fashion. favourite - places, planes and trains.
