favourite youtube channels.

hello! long time no see. one of my friends came by and saw me watching youtube videos, funny enough she actually doesn't know much about youtube and isn't a regular watcher like me. so she asked me to send her a few youtubers for her to check out. that's when i got the idea to make this list. i really wish i could just make a list of 5 youtube channels, yet i'm a person who enjoys quite a few different things and i find a lot of channels interesting in their own way. so here it goes.

informative channels:

1. vox

a channel full of (kind of) useless information that i thrive for. just yesterday i watched a video named "Rapping, deconstructed: The best rhymers of all time" and i got interested in rap, which is weird for me since i've never really listened to rap music, or i listened to shitty rap music and that's pretty much the same thing. yeah, so basically check this channel out if you want to learn everything about everything, i would particularly recommend their culture playlist, i turn it on whenever i'm doing something else.

2. the school of life

one of the best channels for everyday philosophy. in this channel topics like the meaning of life, death, relationships are so eloquently explained in such an absorbing manner that makes you want to watch more and more. they also have great playlists talking about pop culture, literature, philosophy, art, architecture and much more.

3. crash course

the easiest way to describe this channel would be to say that it's like sitting in a very interesting and short class but also at the same time you can wear your pyjamas and stuff your face with food which is always a plus. but in all seriousness, this channel helped me a lot for my psychology classes and i know that it would really help for pretty much any student since there's a variety of subjects to pick.

4. vsauce

there aren't many people who like to be intellectually stimulated and have access to the internet and don't know who vsauce is. this man is in-cre-di-ble, he's so smart that half of the time i don't understand what he's talking about but i like to think that maybe one day i will.

fashion:

1. sunbeamsjess

if you want to make yourself cry because you don't have money for nice clothes and also look at someone who would look incredible even in a trash bag - this channel is for you. this girl has a great style, which makes you want to experiment more with fashion. she also has one of the best vlog channels, her travel vlogs make me go and make some tea, curl up in a blanket and watch them like a movie, here it is: extrasunbeamsjess.

2. tothe9s

two girls who have a very casual style, like monochromatic clothes and look bomb.com in everything they wear. really recommend checking them out.

3. thestylecultyt

a lesser known channel lead by two girls who have a very simple style but i watch them mainly for their editing skills which really inspire me to make my blog as cute as possible.

4. thelineup

a very similar channel to tothe9s but it's really not a bad thing to have double goodness.
